Terms and Conditions


Read and follow the instructions below before returning the dress to us. You can also contact our Customer Service for any questions.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
My Wedding Boutique reserves the right to charge an handling fee of up to 20% on all returned products.

As soon as you receive the dress, please try it. If you feel that we didn’t deliver the dress you wanted, please inform us immediately via email and include pictures of the dress. Before you return it, we need clear pictures or detailed specification to establish what went wrong with the dress.

In case of returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the dress and make sure you follow the instructions below:

1.Keep the dress brand new and with no alteration.

2.Keep the dress clean

3.Attention:We only refund the price of the dress, the shipping cost is not refundable.

In case the wrong measures are not the client fault, we offer you the possibility to choose between the following options:

1. REPLACEMENT (30/40 days time-frame required to make a new dress for you);

2. KEEP THE DRESS and we will refund you from 15% to 25% of the dress value (depending on cases) so you can arrange for your tailor to make the relevant adjustments to the dress.

Note: please make sure your measurements are correct before submitting the order. Also note that we cannot change or cancel the order if the goods have already been dispatched.

Legal notes

All the pictures used in this website are for the purpose of presenting our models. We have used mainly pictures of dresses especially made for us; some pictures we have received by our suppliers and clients; and few pictures taken from the websites of which we do not know the origin.

Therefore if you have the copy right for some of the pictures we have used, please let us know via email and we will immediately remove them by our web site.
